 Narendra Modi is the current Prime Minister of India and a prominent politician. Modi worked as the General Secretary of the BJP in Gujarat in 1987, winning his first victory for the party in the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation elections. He later served as the National Secretary of the BJP, overseeing the party's activities in Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. From 2001 to 2014, Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat and is currently a Member of Parliament from Varanasi.
